Access the dialog below from the SP General Tools toolbar, by selecting Toolbars /Add Borders Format Bar.

Lower border
Adds or removes the lower border from the texts, paragraphs, cells, images or another selected object.

Left border
Adds or removes one left border from the texts, paragraphs, cells, images or another selected object.

Right border
Adds or removes one right border from the texts, paragraphs, cells, images or another selected object.

Higher border
Adds or removes one higher border from the texts, paragraphs, cells, images or another selected object.

Internal vertical border
Adds or removes one internal vertical border between the selected cells or paragraphs. The internal vertical and horizontal borders seem "division lines".

Internal horizontal border
Adds or removes one internal vertical border between the selected cells or paragraphs. The internal vertical and horizontal borders seem "division lines".

Border deleted
Removes the borders from texts, paragraphs, cells, images or another selected object.

External Borders
Adds or removes the border around to the texts, paragraphs, cells, images or another selected object.
