This tool will allow you to view the comment contained in each active cell.
It makes it possible to have some sort of a comments viewer.
An example will provide a better explanation of the tool's function.

We click on the Show Comments option of the dialog box and then we move through our worksheet's cells.
Notice how the comments are shown in the cells as we move through them.
