Export to...

This tool allows you to export as an image any part or section of the spreadsheet that you previously selected.

In order to use this single tool you must select what you want to export from your spreadsheet and click the option “Export to”, immediately a window will open where you must choose if you wish to export the selection to Word or Power Point and click “OK”.

According to the chosen option the selected program will open (Word or Powerpoint) with the image, which must match with the exported section.
